Your Petitioner owing to your petitioner's infirmity compelled to live apart from Your Petitioner's late-husband and your Petitioner has in consequence resided in this country since 1881. Hitherto during the whole of such period supported by said Petitioner's said late-husband.
That your Petitioner therefore humbly prays taking into consideration Your Petitioner's circumstances you may be pleased to cause Your Petitioner to be allowed out of the Public Funds such reasonable sum for your Petitioner's maintenance, and to grant to your petitioner such further or other relief as to you may seem meet.
And your Petitioner shall ever pray.
